Saba Cloud and Saba TalentSpace Both Named a Visionary in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Talent Management Suites

25 September 2018, Dublin, California – Saba Software, the talent development company, yesterday announced that Saba Cloud and Saba TalentSpace are both recognised as a Visionary in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Talent Management Suites.

According to the report, "a talent management (TM) suite is an integrated set of modules that supports an organisation's need to plan, attract, develop, reward, engage and retain talent. The modules offer functionality that includes the areas of workforce planning, recruiting and onboarding, performance appraisal, goal management, learning management, competency management, career development, succession and compensation." The Magic Quadrant positions vendors according to their ability to execute and completeness of vision.1
