Saffron to take on the digital disruption skills gap at LEARNING LIVE strategy session
The workshop will take place at LEARNING LIVE, etc.venues 155 Bishopsgate on 6 September. Noorie Sazen, Saffron CEO and digital change expert, will guide learners through building a learning strategy that keeps pace with the modern work environment.
The digital revolution means the skills we need in our organisations are shifting rapidly, but organisations are struggling to keep up. It’s our responsibility to close that skills gap by supporting employees through continuous learning.
Thankfully, there’s a wealth of learning technologies to help us do that. But, keeping up with the technology itself, that’s another story. AI, point-of-need assistants, chatbots, personalisation, data… how can we possibly harness them all to drive measurable return on investment?
That’s the question that Saffron CEO Noorie Sazen will answer at her LEARNING LIVE workshop, entitled ‘Don’t get left behind – create a learning strategy that deals with digital disruption’.
“The digital revolution means that the pace of change is reaching breakneck speed,” says Noorie Sazen, CEO at Saffron. “It’s more important than ever for L&D departments to step up and help execute the business agenda. Our workshop offers people the chance to create a learning strategy that seizes that opportunity.”
The workshop, taking place in Bishopsgate 1 at 11:30 on 6 September, will involve collaborative sessions between senior learning professionals to:
- Pinpoint the key use cases for each new technology and how they fit attendees’ organisations
- Develop an agile high-impact roadmap to defeat the digital disruption skills gap
- Engage with your industry peers to share knowledge and best practices
Saffron Interactive is at Stand 3 at the event. Visitors will be able to experience Saffron’s latest learning technology, including chatbots and virtual assistants. Free interactive demos of these, as well as one-to-one sessions with Saffron consultants, can be booked here.
