A new report by Schoox, a leader in learning management and talent development software, in partnership with Lighthouse Research & Advisory, reveals a significant skills gap among frontline workers. Nearly 6 in 10 frontline workers report feeling stressed due to low staffing levels, highlighting the urgency for businesses to address this critical issue.
The report, “Frontline Worker Skills Growth and the L&D Disconnect” analyzes data from a survey of over 700 employers and 1,000 workers in construction, hospitality, food service, retail, and manufacturing. It explores the challenges organizations face in developing their frontline workforce and offers practical solutions to bridge the skills gap.
