Sponge Appoints Anja Sixt as Managing Director for DACH Division

Berlin, Germany – Sponge Group, a leader in digital learning and governance, risk, and compliance solutions, has announced the appointment of Anja Sixt as Managing Director for the DACH region within its growing DACH region enterprise.

Anja brings over two decades of leadership experience across industry, agency, and consultancy. She has held senior leadership and advisory roles in the elearning business and across different industries and worked for large enterprise companies such as Jaguar Land Rover, Microsoft, adidas, Lufthansa, and IBM. Her core expertise spans go-to-market strategy, business growth, business transformation, technology & data, with a strong B2B focus.

This strategic appointment signals a new phase of investment by Sponge Group in its compliance and DACH region division – with an emphasis on product innovation in the elearning space.

As German national based variously in Berlin and Frankfurt, Anja will work closely with the teams across the DACH region, reporting directly to the Group CEO as part of Sponge’s senior leadership team.
