TACK International and TMI International launch global study to discover what makes learning stick
Leading global training and development consultancies TACK International and TMI International invite organisations across the globe to share their views on effective learning transfer by participating in a new and in-depth survey entitled ‘Making Learning Stick in Action’.
The joint research study, live now and closing on 25th July 2016, is expected to generate interesting and valuable insights regarding best practice learning transfer activities and measures. The findings will provide indications of how well organisations are currently able to embed new skills into workplace behaviours, thus maximising their investments in training.
All survey respondents will receive a full report of the research findings, which will also be shared at the Learning and Performance Institute’s Learning Live event on 7th-8th September at ETC Venues, Bishopsgate, London.
Global Operations Director, Samantha North, comments; “Many organisations understand that implementation of training events in isolation is rarely effective over the long-term. Based on decades of experience helping client organisations transfer learning from the classroom to the workplace, we believe a number of key elements are required at the organisational, leadership and learner level to ensure success. We are excited to see how the market views and implements learning transfer whilst enriching the industry with research insights and helping organisations improve their ability to develop learning transfer effectiveness.”
Global Marketing Manager, Jonathan Cox, adds “We encourage learning and development professionals worldwide to get involved and contribute the wealth of their experiences to this study. The output will be invaluable for anyone involved in developing talent in their organisation.”
Participation in the study is available online: Making Learning Stick in Action.
