TACK International to unveil new learning transfer model at WOLCE 2016
Leading global training and development consultancy TACK International is to deliver a seminar unveiling its learner-centric philosophy and new, research-based, ‘Making Learning Stick’ model at the World of Learning Conference and Exhibition (WOLCE), at Birmingham’s National Exhibition Centre on 19-20 October 2016.
In the seminar ‘Making Learning Stick - Learning Is For Everyone, Not Everyone Else!’ TACK International’s Global Proposition Manager, Sally-Ann Huson will guide attendees through the company’s new model, highlighting five core components required to ensure learning is successfully and sustainably transferred to the workplace, yielding improved individual performance and business results.
Huson brings the theory to life, sharing statistics from TACK’s recent global research study findings and examples of practical experience that serve to both authenticate the model and highlight the current learning transfer realities from organisational, leadership and learner perspectives.
Sally-Ann Huson commented: “Following the recent launch of our Making Learning Stick In Action global research results, we relish this opportunity to share the valuable insights with fellow learning and development professionals at WOLCE who will benefit from hearing the results along with the refreshed strategic focus and practical framework our model provides.”
Registration for the World of Learning seminar programme and exhibition is free of charge and now open online.
TACK International representatives, including Sally-Ann Huson and Head of Sales, Michael Copestake, will be discussing the research results at exhibition stand #G180 throughout the two day event. Attendees are encouraged to share their learning transfer experiences and challenges with the TACK team and complete a short survey. Visitors will receive the full Making Learning Stick In Action research report and prize draw entry to win a place on one of the organisation’s popular leadership, personal development or sales open courses.
