eLN Conference to have three streams on digital learning strategy and tactics
The eLearning Network is running its biggest ever conference next month with leading speakers lined up from across the industry.
The eLearning Network’s biggest ever conference 'Beyond Click Next' will be held at the trendy 15 Hatfields, London on 11 November, open to members and non-members alike.
The event starts with two thought-provoking keynote speakers before branching into its three streams that cover the ‘why’, the ‘what’ and the ‘how’ of digital learning.
Stream 1 covers strategy and tactics for digital learning. Is elearning even the right solution? We’ll hear from experts and practitioners who are trying new strategies, questioning the way we do things and developing new models of digital learning.
Stream 2 will concentrate on learning design and methods and is for those where design is a key part of their role. What approach do we take to design effective digital learning? We’ll cover everything from storyboarding to the neuroscience behind successful elearning design.
Stream 3 focuses on elearning tools and systems and is the place to be for developers creating elearning in tools like Articulate Storyline. This hands-on stream, with demos and case study content, explores the tools and technologies that make the execution of elearning possible.
Details of the individual sessions are available on the eLearning Network website.
Explains the eLN chair John Curran: "We’re looking to make this a friendly, informal event focused on the practice of digital learning. This will be a day that is different, a day where you can really learn something new. You will see lots of new tools and techniques in action and discover how effective digital learning is built. We’ll also be looking at new approaches and strategies in the world of technology supported learning."
A demo zone is available for people to try different tools and speak to the event’s sponsors about some of their latest tools and systems.
