eLN research study 2022

Learning NewsThe Learning Network

The eLearning Network’s 2022 research study aims to explore the experiences and challenges facing learning professionals as they strive to transform their impact in a constantly adaptive and digital first world of work.

Last year, over 90% of Learning professionals reported facing significant disruptions. What will 2022 look like?

While there is a lot of industry-specific and learner-related research available, there isn’t much that focuses on the people designing all the learning experiences, content and resources.

Now in year two, the eLN’s research programme, run in association with PeopleStar, gives voice to learning professionals, uncovering insights on topics right from how to drive value and create impact to L&D's biggest challenges.

It takes just 15 minutes to complete and allows learning professionals to think, reflect and share valuable opinion. Some who have completed it have said it’s like therapy. Learning professionals who take part in the research are invited to exclusive insight discovery sessions to see how their opinion fits with wider industry themes.
