Last Call for The Learning Network’s Connect 2025 Conference
With just a month to go until The Learning Network’s flagship event, Connect 2025, this is the final opportunity for learning and development professionals to secure their place at one of the most anticipated gatherings in the L&D calendar.
Taking place on 14 November at etc venues St Paul’s, London, Connect brings together practitioners, thinkers, and innovators from across the UK to explore this year’s theme: the intersection of humanity and technology.
As the industry continues to navigate rapid technological change, Connect 2025 provides space to reflect on what truly matters: people, relationships, and purpose. The event promises a day of rich discussion, inspiration, and connection, celebrating what the community has achieved in 2025 while setting the tone for 2026.
This year’s keynote speakers are Julian Stodd, renowned for his work on social leadership and the Social Age, and Dr Amy Brann, neuroscientist and author exploring the connections between brain science and performance.
The conference also features a series of lively panel discussions tackling some of the most pressing questions in L&D today, including:
- AI: How’s it going and what comes next?
- What skills does the modern learning leader need?
- Accessibility, inclusion, and culture: Are we doing our part?
- Creativity and community: How do we harness the power of human creativity and learning communities?
Returning for another year are the ever-popular 5-minute Rapid Talks, offering a platform for Learning Network members to share bold ideas and practical insights. This year’s speakers include Andreea Unwin, Kirstie Greany, Neil Tuson, Niki Hobson, and Kurt Lindley.
Beyond the stage, Connect is built around connection; the clue is in the name. Attendees can expect a relaxed, inclusive environment designed for genuine conversation and collaboration, with no sales pitches or product promotions.
Chair of The Learning Network, Rebecca McDowall, said:
“I'm really excited to see so many like-minded individuals come together again to share ideas and insights. Connect has such a welcoming, non-judgemental atmosphere, and I can't wait to be there again this year.”
The event is supported by a range of sponsors committed to advancing the learning profession, including Evolve L&D, People Untapped, Leaderful Action, ComTech Translations, Assemble U, Insights Media, LearnAmp, and AI British Sign Language. Media partners include Training Journal and Learning News.
