The Performance Solution Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching
A 12 day programme in three modules
Coaching Integration throughout the programme. A post graduate qualification is optional, at additional cost, and can be completed at the same time or within two years of attending the certificate programme. 3 Action Learning questions of 3-3500 words each have to be completed to achieve a post graduate Certificate which in turn can lead to an MSc in Coaching and Mediation or an MSc in NLP. Previous relevant experience and training can be credited!

During the Certificate programme delegates will:
- Be continually observed and assessed in their coaching by peers and experienced coaches, using clear criteria.
- Observe and assess peers in their coaching and use coaching to aid the planning and development of a personal learning programme.

The Certificate is staged in 3 x 4 day modules at monthly intervals and delegates who do not aspire to the full certificate may attend for one or two modules. Those attending the whole programme are expected to practice their coaching between modules and keep a reflective learning diary on their progress and client feedback.

Our venue
All modules are currently delivered at our training venue, Hartham Park, in Wiltshire. This inspiring idyllic location is set in elegant grounds, parkland and woodlands.
Hartham Park is conveniently situated just 20 minutes from the famous Roman city of Bath, 45 minutes from Bristol airport, and just 1 hour 30 minutes direct drive from Heathrow Airport.

Delegates benefit hugely from the tranquillity of this magnificent rural location and its renowned surroundings.
