The ROI Academy™ invited to speak at the HR Exchange Forum
The ROI Academy™ was invited to run a workshop session at last week’s meeting of the HR Exchange Forum. The HR Exchange forum meet on a quarterly basis to discuss key issues and last week’s meeting was focussed on Reward Issues and Performance Management.
The ROI Academy™ was invited to run a workshop at the event linking Training Needs Analysis, Evaluation and Performance Management. While many organisations have competency frameworks, most do not fully understand
• how to value talent in a credible and consistent manner
• how to measure the value added by improved recruitment
• how to measure the value added by development (training)
The ROI Academy™ outlined their approach and demonstrated one of their software tools, The Performance Pound™, that has been developed to meet this area of interest.
Jacquie Mahoney, director of HR Exchange Forum and of Corporate HR Partners Ltd commented “as the ROI Academy™ is at the forefront of training evaluation within the UK we invited them to provide an insight into evaluation and measurement including what the key considerations and factors are”.
The aim of the Forum is to provide HR managers with an opportunity to exchange information on HR practices and pay and benefits. Further information can be found on the website http://www.chrp.co.uk/chrp20.nsf/pages/abouttheforum
