Her tenure as Vice President of Skills at Degreed and Group Vice President at Wiley exemplifies how she has led innovation, set strategic visions and executed truly transformative initiatives.
Pagano’s illustrious career is underscored by her visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to revolutionising corporate learning and development. As an Advisory Board member at SilVR Thread, she spearheaded pioneering endeavours in leveraging virtual reality for immersive training experiences, cementing her status as a trailblazer in the intersection of technology and education.
