Thrive, the all-in-one learning technology company named one of the Times' Top 50 Fastest Growing Tech organisations, today announced its official launch in the Middle East with a new hub in Dubai. This strategic expansion meets the region’s growing demand for innovative and localised learning solutions.

Thrive has established an office in Dubai Internet City with a team of dedicated professionals on the ground, including experts in customer success, sales, and support. The company has already attracted top talent, including UX designers from well-known established brands like Careem and Wio UAE, demonstrating its commitment to delivering a world-class user experience tailored to the region. Further solidifying this commitment, Chief Growth & Innovation Officer Josh Devanny is relocating to Dubai to better serve customers, fuel growth, and ensure a superior user experience.

Thrive is committed to delivering a seamless and culturally relevant learning experience for users in the Middle East. Key features of the localised platform include:

Full Arabic Translation: The platform is fully translatable into right-to-left Arabic, supporting accessibility and cultural alignment.

Arabic Thrive Content: A growing library of Arabic-language learning content—covering compliance, soft skills, and leadership development—designed to meet the unique needs of regional learners.

UAE-Based AWS Hosting: Thrive uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosting within the UAE to ensure data sovereignty, regulatory compliance, and optimal performance.

On-the-Ground Support: A regional team based in the UAE provides localised customer support, training, and account management to ensure a high-touch experience.

Growing momentum

Thrive is already partnering with leading organisations across the region, including Data Volt, Naos, and Core 42, helping them enhance people development and talent strategies through modern, engaging learning experiences.

In May, Thrive showcased its solutions at the People 1st MENA event, where attendees explored its integrated platform for learning, skills, and internal communications. The team plans to participate in additional UAE-based events throughout the year to demonstrate how Thrive empowers businesses to build dynamic, future-ready workforces.

“We’re thrilled to officially launch Thrive in the Middle East, bringing our innovative learning platform to a region that’s embracing digital transformation. It’s been incredibly exciting to be on the ground gathering momentum with customers already and helping set up an exceptional team to drive our growth and impact!”  says Josh Devanny, Chief Growth & Innovation Officer at Thrive.
