Thrive hits new heights with record growth and major customer wins in the first half of 2025
Thrive welcomed 28 new customers in the first half of 2025, and beat 2024’s revenue in just six months. Named a Times Top 50 Fastest Growing Tech Company, new wins include Lion TV, Next, and the Aston Martin Aramco F1® Team.
Thrive, the only all in one AI powered learning platform, recorded its strongest six months ever in the first half of 2025.
Welcoming 28 new customers, and including the company’s biggest deal to date, Thrive generated more revenue in six months than it did in the whole of 2024, hitting a record year for the company before the end of the first half.
Named one of The Times’ Top 50 Fastest Growing Tech Companies, the first half of 2025 saw a range of new customers join Thrive - from television production companies Lime Pictures and Lion TV, to one of the country’s busiest rail networks, South Western Railway.

The Aston Martin Aramco F1® Team chose Thrive for its AI-powered insights, smart broadcast and social learning. With a 900-strong team pushing the limits on and off the track, they now have a learning solution that can turbocharge their speed of learning.
For one of the UK’s largest clothing, footwear and homeware retailer, Next, it was Thrive’s social learning and all in one solution that made them the right fit.

Product updates powering performance
Momentum has been fuelled by Thrive’s most powerful product developments to date rolled out in recent months.
Leading the charge is Kiki - the AI assistant that’s always on, personalised and where your people need her. Whether it’s guiding skill development, or handling admin like auto-tagging and campaign setup, Kiki is changing the game for Thrive’s customers.
Alongside her, the new White Label App means customers can deploy their own branded Thrive app to the Google Play Store and iOS App Store, delivering personalised and mobile instant learning, anywhere it’s needed.
Thrive Analyse brings smarter analytics and sharper performance measures. And Thrive’s embedded Content Creator has been supercharged with even more features, allowing Thrive users to create comprehensive courses from a few simple prompts. Powered by OpenAI, Gemini, and Google’s market-leading Veo video generator, mixed content has never been so easy.
Together, these updates make it easier than ever for learning teams to upskill faster, get knowledge effortlessly, and track real impact - all while making admin a breeze.
Co-building with customers
From Edinburgh to London, Thrive’s customer roadshows have also brought hundreds of L&D leaders together in the first six months of 2025 to share wins, challenges, and look ahead to what’s next.
The sessions gave customers a chance to shape product direction, hear what others are working on, and get a first look at what’s coming next, directly from the teams building it.
Feedback from customers from the tour has already shaped roadmap priorities for the second half of the year, from deeper integrations to smarter insights.
Looking ahead
With even more innovation on the horizon, the second half of 2025 is shaping up to be just as big as the first. Thrive’s roadmap is packed with smart updates – from adaptive learning journeys and custom analytics to new tools for skills, mentoring, and coaching. And with agentic Kiki driving action autonomously – whether it’s nudging users, launching campaigns, or surfacing insights – AI isn’t just supporting learning, it’s driving it.
And as Thrive’s growth continues to accelerate, exciting new additions are on the way – set to expand not just what the company offers, but how it shows up in the market.
“It’s been such an incredible start to 2025 and honestly, we’re just getting started,” says Co-CEO Cassie Gasson.
“Momentum is at an all-time high for us, from landing our biggest ever customer to generating more revenue in six months than we did in the whole of last year, it’s safe to say something special is bubbling.
“With AI at the core of what we do, a dedicated customer community, and a growing enterprise base, Thrive is redefining how modern teams learn. And we’re only just getting started.”
