TJ partners with SyncSkills to support women leaders with place on REVEAL programme

Learning NewsTJ

Training Journal has partnered with leadership specialists SyncSkills to offer a place on their upcoming REVEAL programme, a powerful 12-week group coaching experience designed specifically for women leading remote and hybrid teams.

REVEAL promises a high-impact, personalised journey. Built around diagnostics, expert coaching, and community learning, it enables managers to build confidence, strengthen digital communication, and create success behaviours that unlock team performance.

Recent statistics underscore the urgency: 36% of managers report burnout, and nearly a quarter are considering quitting (Forbes, 2024). REVEAL offers an evidence-based route to help combat these pressures – creating the space, insight, and tools needed to shift from firefighting to focused, intentional leadership.

Jo Cook, Editor of TJ, said: “Partnering with SyncSkills on the REVEAL programme aligns perfectly with our mission to support L&D professionals in meaningful, actionable ways. We know that women leading dispersed teams face unique challenges – and this programme tackles those with practical, personalised support. The work that SyncSkills do has always been pragmatic and forward-thinking.”

Gaelle Watson, Founder of SyncSkills and developer of the programme, said: “Partnering with TJ is a natural fit for us at SyncSkills. They understand the heart of learning and development and the human side of leadership. As a working mother, leading a remote team across time zones, I know firsthand how tough it can be to stay present, purposeful, and resilient. I wanted to give women leaders the space, structure, and support they need to thrive and I'm thrilled to collaborate with TJ to bring REVEAL to more brilliant women.”

To win a free place, simply sign up to the Training Journal newsletter – even if you’re already a subscriber, a re-submission enters you into the draw.

The REVEAL programme is ideal for managers of international remote or hybrid teams who may be struggling with trust, team accountability or decision-making clarity. It’s for those who want to lead with confidence and creativity, while delivering results. There are just 30 spots available and early bird pricing closes on 30 June.
