The Training Associates Appoints New Corporate Training Manager
The Training Associates, the largest provider of learning and development consultants and solutions, announced the appointment of Douglas Parent as their new Corporate Training Manager. Douglas will be responsible for all internal training activities including training on The Training Associates’ propriety software system, TrainerTracker™.
Douglas previously worked at Raytheon Company for three years where he was an Instructor and Training Developer at their Marlborough, MA location. He was responsible for curriculum development and conduct of operations and maintenance classes for the $1B Navy Multiband Terminal, a secure satellite communications system used by the U.S. Navy.
Douglas holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University College of Engineering in Medford, MA.
