UpsideLMS' twin-win at the 2017 Brandon Hall Awards takes its award tally to 33
UpsideLMS wins two Bronze awards at the 2017 Brandon Hall Awards for Best Advance in Learning Management Technology for SMBs (in association with Gulf Oil), and for Best Advance in Learning Management Technology.
UpsideLMS has been at the forefront of tech-enabled learning since its inception in 2004. It's in this short 13-year journey, that this leading provider of Learning Technology solutions has won a number of awards and recognition from eminent organizations in Learning and Development. Taking its awards tally a notch higher is UpsideLMS' recent twin-win at the 2017 Brandon Hall Awards; Bronze for Best Advance in Learning Management Technology for SMBs (in association with Gulf Oil), and Bronze for Best Advance in Learning Management Technology.
The former joint award with Gulf Oil, a part of the Hinduja Group, is a validation of the lubricant company's Learning & Development initiatives powered by UpsideLMS, which has resulted in cost- and time-savings, efficiency improvement, improved learner recall, enhanced learner engagement, and business growth. This has been brought about through a sustained increase in mandatory training compliance, competency management for its employees, and consistent delivery of induction training to its new recruits. While the latter is a testimony to UpsideLMS' Best Value proposition, transparent pricing, complete mobility (UpsideLMS is available as a Responsive LMS and app-based mLearning platform too), worldwide user acceptance and trust, great team and processes, and secured hosting, amongst other things.
UpsideLMS' win is an outcome of a stringent evaluation process by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, and Brandon Hall Group senior analysts and executives, who studied, analyzed, and evaluated all entries on the basis of the below criteria:
• Product: What was the product’s breakthrough innovation?
• Unique differentiators: What makes the product unique and how does it differ from any competing products?
• Value proposition: What problem does the product solve and/or what need does this product address?
• Measurable results: What are the benefits customers can expect to experience as a result of using this product?
“Human capital management is evolving faster than at any time in its history, and it is powered by innovative technology developed and implemented by organizations big and small,” said Rachel Cooke, Chief Operating Officer of Brandon Hall Group and head of the awards program. “The technology innovators who won Excellence Awards this year were focused on providing users with a better overall experience. That is what our research says employers want, and our award winners are leading the way.”
Echoing Rachel's thoughts is UpsideLMS' Director, Amit Gautam, who says, "Proud of my team to win two bronze awards at Brandon Hall and just made year special for us. And big thank you to all our customers and partners and I wish everyone Happy New Year and Happy Holidays".
