Professor Christopher Bones joins the Board of Directors of The Working Manager Ltd
Leading OD strategic thinker, Professor Christopher Bones, is appointed non executive Director at The Working Manager Ltd (TWM).
Internationally renowned and a leading strategic thinker in the OD and Leadership Talent Development arena, Professor Christopher Bones, currently Dean of Henley Business School has underpinned his interest in the application of bespoke online solutions, to assist with major OD and L & D initiatives, by accepting a non executive Directorship with The Working Manager Ltd.
Before taking up his post as Dean of Henley Business School, Christopher was Principal of Henley Management College from 2004-2008.
Prior to this, he was Director of Group Organisation with Cadbury Schweppes and before this he spent 12 years in various senior executive roles in Diageo PLC.
Christopher Bones was recently called upon to advise the Government, the Bank of England and both major opposition parties (now our Coalition Government) on the aftermath of the banking crisis and on the implications for takeover legislation following the acquisition of Cadbury plc by Kraft.
Soon to take on a new role, as Professor of Leadership at Manchester Business School, Christopher is no stranger to the huge OD challenges facing both national and global corporations. Massively changing conditions are leading organisations to find more efficient ways of deploying human capital strategies which directly address their business needs.

As holder of a personal chair at Henley in the practice of management Christopher will be advising the board of The Working Manager on a wide range of topics within the personal development arena as well as the company’s corporate development strategy.
