Virtual College: New Blog Explores Awaab’s Law and the Urgent Need for Damp and Mould Training in Housing

The legislation introduces stricter timeframes for landlords and housing providers to address damp and mould issues, following the tragic death of two-year-old Awaab Ishak in 2020 due to prolonged exposure to mould in his home.
