Walkgrove and Oxfam GB shortlisted for The Learning Awards 2014 in the category ‘People Development Programme of the Year’
After winning a Silver Award for ‘Excellence in the production of learning content’ at last week’s 2013 E-learning Awards, Walkgrove and Oxfam GB have this week been shortlisted in the category ‘People Development Programme of the Year’ at The Learning Awards 2014.
The Learning and Performance Institute hosts the annual Learning Awards to recognise outstanding examples of high standards, best practice, innovation and excellence in Learning and Development. This year the LPI have seen a significant increase in the number of submissions and has once again had a record number of organisations and individuals entering for the first time.
The LPI’s Chief Executive, Colin Steed, said, “The 2014 Learning Awards are going to be the most competitive ever and just to make the finals is a tremendous achievement for which the organisations and the individuals should be truly proud.”
Walkgrove’s MD, Sarah Smith said “We are proud of the fact that our solutions are always underpinned by excellent instructional design which is evidenced by the number of industry awards we have won over the years. Both Walkgrove and Oxfam are delighted to have been short listed for The Learning Awards and are proud to be competing against entries from such reputable organisations”.
