HR and L&D qualifications explained at Learning Technologies 2015
Reed Business School working through Watson Martin Partnership will be exhibiting at the upcoming Learning Technologies event and providing visitors with free one-to-one diagnostic consultations offering HR careers and qualifications advice.
Watson Martin Partnership has been helping HR and L&D professionals further their career through globally-recognised CIPD qualifications for over 10 years.
HR and L&D both play an essential role in developing a company's strategy as well as handling the employee-centered activities.
“A CIPD qualified workforce will be able to contribute to the achievement of organisational objectives and focus on building sustainable business success” says Melanie Martin, Founding Partner at Watson Martin Partnership.
Visitors are invited to stand 8 for a free one-to-one consultation with a CIPD expert to explore the qualification options and discuss the benefits for organisations in adopting a more strategic approach to the development of their HR and learning teams.
“Our success rate and quality standards are second to none”, continues Martin. “We consistently outperform the national average pass rates and achieve outstanding Quality Assurance ratings from the CIPD and I believe this is because we have developed a unique and very rigorous process which begins with a diagnostic consultation as the start point to any learning engagement. We work hard to ensure that candidates are mapped to the correct qualification and then work with them every step of the way to ensure that they achieve the highest pass rate possible.”
Each year over 13,000 professionals join CIPD programmes to develop their knowledge of best practice HR. Independent research reveals that individuals with professional qualifications stand to earn £81,000 in additional earnings over a lifetime (CCPMO Economic Impact Report, December 2008).
The team of learning experts will be available at Stand 8 throughout the event to help visitors discover how they can enhance their career through flexible, multi-mode learning programmes.
“We measure success in several ways to help our candidates track progress, analyse results and evaluate the impact of the learning programme”, says Leanne Bucknor, Learning Centre Manager at Watson Martin Partnership. “Learning Technologies 2015 is a great opportunity for us to showcase our expertise and we are excited to be part of Europe’s leading learning event”, Bucknor continued.
