Watson Martin Partnership reports 100% CIPD exam success rate
HR training provider exceeds national average pass rate by almost one third
Leading HR training provider, Watson Martin Partnership (WMP), is delighted to announce that all its Advanced Diploma students achieved success in this summer’s CIPD examinations. The outstanding results for Human Resource Management in Context (HRC), which outstrip the national average pass rate of 68% by almost one third, are attributed to the company’s thorough learning approach and the level of expertise within the team. WMP’s results in Leading Managing and Developing People (LMP) have consistently been above the national average.
A CIPD approved centre for over 12 years, Watson Martin Partnership supports HR and L&D professionals to further their careers through a wide range of courses and consultancy. The company consistently achieves higher than average pass rates at Advanced Diploma level with more candidates gaining a merit than other training providers. This year’s ‘full house’ exam success in HRC builds on the achievements of previous WMP cohorts. A partner of Reed Learning, Watson Martin Partnership, recently announced the expansion of its training portfolio to include over 100 courses and qualifications including management, leadership and personal development.
“The HRM in Context exam is a challenging module and we work extremely hard to ensure that all our students leave us with the tools to succeed,” explains WMP Managing Partner Melanie Martin. “The structure of our support, the expertise of our tutors and the workshops we provide help to guarantee that all our candidates know exactly what to expect, how to revise and what they need to learn. As a result of this thorough approach to learning, our success rate is second to none,” she adds.
All candidates have access to WMP’s Virtual Learning Environment at www.watsonmartin.com where they can take advantage of structured activities, exam questions, podcasts and personal feedback. Two workshops planned to take place three months and two to three weeks before the exam make sure that students are well prepared for the module.
Meg Forbes, HR Advisor with London based property consultants Montagu Evans, achieved a merit in the summer CIPD exams and is well on the way to completing the Advanced Diploma by the end of the year.
“Watson Martin Partnership’s learning approach is fantastic as it provides candidates flexibility to complete the course at their own pace, and in my case, to complete the diploma more quickly,” she explains. “My tutor was brilliant, and she always got back to me straight away, and I made the most of the one to one meetings and workshops that are offered as part of the course. One of the key benefits of studying through the Watson Martin Partnership is their ability to help you think about practical solutions to take back to the workplace, and how to structure and put business cases together, which has certainly helped build my confidence when dealing with senior stakeholders in the business”, says Meg Forbes.
The CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma is the most widely recognised professional qualification in HR and the highest level of CIPD qualification. The Advanced Diploma provides a broad range of practical knowledge and skills. Being fully CIPD qualified is essential for most senior HR roles.
