Watson Martin Partnership selected by Reed Learning to deliver public and in-company training business
Watson Martin Partnership is delighted to announce the expansion of its portfolio which now incorporates over 100 course titles including management, leadership and personal development.
Watson Martin Partnership (WMP) was formed by Melanie Martin and Heather Watson and has seen significant growth over the past 12 years, establishing a loyal client base through successfully delivering CIPD qualifications, in-company training and consultancy solutions.
“The REED Group has worked with Heather and Melanie since early 2002. We have an excellent relationship based on transparency and trust and they have proved to be outstanding partners” says James Reed, REED Chairman. He goes on to confirm “WMP will continue to have the full backing of REED including IT, infrastructure and marketing support. On a personal note I have known Melanie and Heather for some time and I am confident the service they provide will continue to be of the highest quality.”
Course content and structure will remain the same for the time being although there are plans to evolve and enhance the product offering by applying the tried-and-tested model that WMP currently use so successfully to deliver CIPD qualifications. WMP’s service is based on delivery which blends traditional and latest learning methods with competency assessment and development activities to ensure that delegates learn quickly and effectively.
“It has always been our intention to develop our business and offer a wider product portfolio and with many years of experience of designing and delivering bespoke programmes for individuals and corporate clients, we are ideally placed to manage, evolve and enhance the existing Reed Learning course portfolio and service” says Heather Watson, Managing Partner at WMP. “We are thrilled to take on the Reed Learning portfolio as it will allow us to provide a greater depth and breadth of topics,” Heather continues.
