Watson Martin Partnership launches new Fast-track Level 3 L&D Certificate
Leading training provider Watson Martin Partnership is launching a new fast-track Level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development (L&D) for those who want to get CIPD qualified in as little as six months.
The new qualification, which will be introduced to the Watson Martin portfolio of CIPD courses in May, will target those aspiring to work in the profession and existing L&D practitioners looking to advance their career in the quickest time possible.
Adopting a very practical, work-based approach, the Certificate will combine online learning with one to one support from a fully qualified personal adviser who has wide ranging industry experience and is allocated to each participant at the start of the programme.
Candidates will be organised into small active cohorts of up to ten candidates to take part in seven 90 minute evening webinars scheduled three weeks apart over a six month period. The workshops will be supplemented by two one to one sessions with a personal adviser which can be delivered face to face, by phone or video call. Students will also benefit from an immersive VLE experience to support their studies. On the VLE they will be able to access relevant and up-to-date material to help them with their learning.
There are no exams. After each event, students will be given time to prepare and asked to submit a draft and their final piece of coursework based on the workshop learning.
The programme, which is unique in its method of delivery and is being launched at a special discounted price of £1,665 plus VAT,* will finish in November after which successful candidates will be awarded their L&D Level 3 Certificate and achieve CIPD Associate Membership, three to six months faster than a more traditional mode of learning.
“A key advantage of this new fast track approach is that all our sessions will be delivered entirely online in a straightforward, practical manner so participants can be based anywhere in the world yet still be learning in a classroom setting,” explained Watson Martin Partnership adviser Joseph Grech, a renowned expert in L&D.
“Our aim is to build a cohesive working group of students who will interact with each other and actively take part in the programme but will do so from the comfort of their own home or office. All candidates need is a reliable internet connection and they are good to go,” he added.
All workshops will be delivered by either Joseph Grech Chartered FCIPD or fellow WMP adviser Davina Jenkins FCIPD, and will take place on the dates below from 7.00-8.30pm. Students who are unable to log in on these dates will be able to access recordings of the events at a time of their choosing.
