Watson Martin Partnership becomes a limited company
Leading training and qualifications provider Watson Martin Partnership today announced it will change its legal status to become a limited company from 1 July 2018. From this date, all Partnership assets, clients, contracts and liabilities will transfer to Watson Martin Limited and the company will be known as Watson Martin. Its current Partners, Heather Watson and Melanie Martin, who jointly own the business, become Directors.
A CIPD approved centre for over 14 years, Watson Martin supports HR and L&D professionals to further their careers through a wide range of courses and consultancy. The company is a long-term trusted partner of the REED Group and has expanded its training portfolio to include a wide range of qualifications, in-company courses and bespoke programmes. Watson Martin is a member of the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP) as a main provider of HR and Leadership and Management apprenticeship training.

Watson Martin has refreshed its brand to reflect the change of name and also launches a new company logo on 1 July. Terms and conditions have been updated and are available on the website. Watson Martin Partnership was established by Heather Watson and Melanie Martin in 2004. Both partners are Chartered Fellows of the CIPD and renowned experts in the HR and L&D fields.
