Two days of inspiration and exclusive offers await visitors to the World of Learning Conference & Exhibition taking place on 16 & 17 October, at Birmingham’s NEC.

The highly regarded annual conference will see L&D leaders from companies including Aviva, AstraZeneca, Mitie Group, PwC and River Island sharing best practice and thought-leadership.

The exhibition boasts over 100 suppliers and a comprehensive programme of free-to-attend seminars and workshops covering all aspects of workforce performance and learning development, from leadership and learning transfer, to optimal learning design and the latest learning technology.

Features dedicated to current hot topics include the Apprenticeship Zone for advice on creating effective apprenticeship programmes and the Agility Zone for fostering behavioural agility in the workplace.

Visitors seeking to understand the impact VR can have on their learning programmes can experience the technology for themselves at the VR Suite. Facilitated by immersive learning specialists, Make Real, the VR Lounge will feature a variety of virtual reality training applications.

Several exhibitors are offering the chance to win valuable training sessions, including Innate Leaders who will host a prize draw for a complimentary half-day team coaching and management consulting session for up to eight people.

Anyone aiming to help their people do better by feeling better should head to Rising Vibe’s stand. The learning solutions provider will be holding a business card draw for three people to win a 45-minute coaching call with a member of the Rising Vibe team. They will also offer a 15% discount on their Keeping It Real online programme to exhibition visitors.

eLearning consultants Spokes Education will be offering a free consultancy session and 10% discount on services for all WOLCE attendees, while Sundial will again be present with their 1960’s vintage bus offering tasters of team building sessions and a prize draw to win a conference and team building day.
