Xyleme wins silver in two Brandon Hall Excellence categories
Xyleme and its customers win silver in Best Use of Mobile Learning with Cisco and Best Advance in Learning Technology Implementation with Summit Learning and Technology.
Xyleme, a leader in learning content technology, proves its customers achieve excellence by taking home the silver award in two distinct categories of the Brandon Hall HCM Excellence award program.
“We work continuously with our customers to find new and innovative ways to make their content more engaging and effective for their learning audiences. Being recognized for excellence through these awards affirms the work that we do. We couldn’t be prouder!” commented Leslie Farinella, VP of Customer Success at Xyleme.
In the Best Advance in Learning Technology Implementation category, the Summit Learning and Technology team built their PEAK Network commercial learning platform on top of Xyleme’s open LCMS, using the API and xAPI integrations. It caters to the modern learner with embedded content, micro-learning, learning paths and badging. In order to achieve the modern learning experience, Summit uses Xyleme’s authoring tools to create bite-sized learning content consisting of 20 minute lessons. In addition, they use Xyleme’s portal and delivery technology, to create a branded experience for each of their clients. This technology also enables them to capture an immense amount of data for each learner in Xyleme’s Learning Record Store (LRS) so they can provide badges. In the Best Use of Mobile Learning category, the Cisco Digital Learning team showed how mobile learning is seamless in the personal learning process. Instead of building mobile-specific solutions, they make their content (powered by Xyleme) and their applications work on any device, letting the learner decide what, when and how much of their activity is done away from their desktop computer. On Thursday, Sept. 22nd at 11AM MDT, the team from Cisco will join Brandon Hall Analyst, David Wentworth to discuss how-to create amazing learning experiences for today’s busy learners. Register for this online event.
