As a global leader in recruitment, PageGroup required a modern, flexible learning platform that would deliver an inclusive user experience and integrate seamlessly with their existing Microsoft 365 workspace. Following an evaluation process, PageGroup found LMS365 to be the preferred solution to carry out their ambitious global learning initiatives.

With 7,500 employees operating across 37 countries, PageGroup wanted to implement a new, industry-leading global learning experience for all staff.

Carla Tavares, Global Digital Learning Senior Manager, explains: “We wanted to create one global learning experience for all staff. We needed a comprehensive and agile platform that provided greater autonomy and flexibility, plus the ability to evolve our future offerings to learners.”

One of the group’s “must-have” features was the ability to integrate seamlessly with PageGroup’s Microsoft 365 digital workplace, something LMS365 easily executed as it is built into the Microsoft 365 environment.

In April 2021, LMS365 was launched as PageLearning to all 7,500 PageGroup employees.

Using LMS365, PageGroup has been able to:

  • Create more than 1,800 pieces of learning content in-house
  • Launch a new global onboarding experience
  • Bring more structure and sophistication to the company learning catalogue
  • Make more inclusive content, with course material being available in 7 major languages

Carla Tavares shares: "The functionality and flexibility of LMS365 have opened many doors for us. We’ve been able to completely transform the learning experience for our global workforce and make life much easier for the learning team.”
