Job satisfaction, salaries and trends in the e-learning industry
Blue Eskimo, the specialist recruitment company for training, learning and e-learning professionals, is hosting a free-of-charge seminar at Learning and Skills 2010, reporting on the findings from its recent salary and work survey of the UK's learning industry.
The seminar, 'Confidence and Careers - Job satisfaction, salaries and trends in the e-learning industry,' will present the results of the most comprehensive study of salary and job satisfaction data available within the UK learning and development sector. Blue Eskimo is a leader in training and e-learning recruitment and the seminar is being co-presented by Blue Eskimo directors Nick Bate and Nick Jones, both of whom possess over fifteen years experience in the learning industry.
Nick Bate said: "Following a challenging year, people want to know how the training and e-learning sector will fair in 2010. A good indicator of the level of confidence in our industry is how satisfied we feel about our jobs, salaries and career prospects. Over the last few months we've completed our annual salary and work survey and we'll be presenting the findings during this month's Learning Technologies and Learning and Skills events."
The seminar, 'Confidence and Careers - Job satisfaction, salaries and trends in the e-learning industry', runs on day two of this year's Learning and Skills exhibition, co-located with Learning Technologies 2010, on Thursday 28th January, 11.15 - 11.45 in Seminar Theatre 7.
Seminar highlights:
- The Shifting Demand for Skills
- Job satisfaction in the learning sector
- Emerging Industry Trends
- Are you being paid your worth?
- How do organisations attract the best industry talent?
Seminar seats are allocated on arrival and attendees are encouraged to arrive early for what is expected to be a popular seminar. Visitors may pre-register for entry into the free-of-charge Learning and Skills and Learning Technologies exhibitions to avoid the queues.
Blue Eskimo Recruitment Solutions is also exhibiting at the Learning Technologies show on stand number 27, where its recruitment consultants will be on hand to discuss careers in the learning sector.
