The role of agile working at LearningLive
Learning sector recruitment specialist, Blue Eskimo, is hosting a session at the upcoming LearningLive event in London on ‘The Joy of Flex’.
Nick Bate, director, Blue Eskimo, will facilitate the session at LearningLive, along with co-director, Nick Jones.
Following the hugely popular sessions in previous years, Blue Eskimo is back at LearningLive discussing ‘The Joy Of Flex’ – the role of agile working in learning.
Whether you are a learning leader, contractor or thinking about working as or hiring for flexible resource in the future, this interactive session explores the opportunities, pitfalls and challenges of flexible resourcing in the Learning sector.
Nick Bate, director at Blue Eskimo, says that the popularity of the past events is entirely down to the subject’s relevance to L&D professionals.
“We’ll discuss reasons and motivations for contractors/freelancers/temporary workers” says Bate “drawing on data from our recent survey”.
The session will explore trends in flexible working and the need for an agile L&D function. The session will dive into key and evolving skills and the challenges for flexible workers.
Blue Eskimo has long been a supporter of LearningLive and is again one of its proud sponsors. “For us, LearningLive is where some of the best minds in the sector get together to exchange strategies, experiences and viewpoints. It’s great to be a part of this – delivering our experience as the leading recruiter in the sector.”
For those attending LearningLive, Blue Eskimo’s session takes place during Business Solution Workshop on day one at 3.00pm.
