Blue Eskimo attend Learning Live for the 11th consecutive year
Nick Bate and Nick jones of Blue Eskimo to host a panel discussion at Learning Live 2022 titled “How your L&D strategy can attract and retain talent” in addition to exhibiting.
This year at Learning Live, Blue Eskimo return, making it their 11th consecutive appearance since the conference launched in 2010. The leading L&D recruitment provider tackle the issue of retaining and attracting staff. They focus on how learning strategy can influence talent attraction and retention by drawing on their own experiences in L&D recruitment and gaining insights from 3 guest panellists.
The discussion will also be open to the floor, allowing audience members to participate.
In the midst of unprecedented demand for talent, compounded by high levels of employee attrition, the panel will reflect on the impact of changes of work seen post-Covid. We will be discussing how L&D can contribute to the Employer Value Proposition, the part L&D plays in developing an attractive and productive culture and how L&D success can be communicated to a wide audience.
