Develop Training Ltd, one of the UK's leading providers of Technical Skills Training within the Utility, Transport and regulated business sector opens new centre in Warrington.
On September 25th, Tim Balcon, Chief Executive of EU Skills joined Stephen Cowell, Develop's Chief Executive, to officially open Develop Training's brand new, state of the art training facility in Warrington.
"The facility has been designed and constructed from a bare shell which gave us the opportunity to equip the site with the very latest equipment and technology to meet the ever changing needs of our customers," says Jamie Newman, project manager for the facility. "Here you will find modern, comfortable meeting and conferencing facilities, superbly equipped workshops and a warm friendly welcome."
The launch event on the 25th September was attended by a number of local organisations from a cross-section of business sectors and the feedback from the day was extremely positive. Delegates commented on the high standard of the facility, its ease of access via rail and motorway links and the impressive line up of courses available from one single site.
"I was very encouraged by the interest shown at our Launch Event in September and my team and I are very much looking forward to building relationships with many of the region's organisations, and indeed trainers, moving forward," says Cheryl Foreman, Managing Director of Develop Training."
The day, supported by Warrington Chamber Chief Executive Colin Daniels, included an impressive array of training demonstrations for confined spaces, First Aid, Water Pipeline construction, Leak detection, Streetworks, Gas Training, Management, Customer Service, Environmental Training and training for the Rail/Transport industry.
The new training centre, located at Chesford Grange in Warrington, just off junction 21 of the M6, provides delegates with ease of access from anywhere within the region. As many courses include specialist technical training for industrial and commercial Health & Safety, the potential customer base within the North West is huge.
