The L&D Global Sentiment Survey takes the pulse of the L&D community. It asks one question: “What will be hot in workplace L&D in the year ahead?”
People get to choose from 15 topics and ‘other’ and the results come out each February.
This year AI broke all records. One year on how is our sentiment towards AI? At what stage of the hype cycle are we? Is it heating up even more or might its increased use cooled it off?
Voting has opened and Donald H Taylor, the lead researcher, joins Learning News to explain the 2025 programme.
