Interview: Mark Ash, Totara

Totara, the workplace learning and talent management systems brand, which operates through a global network of services and solutions partners, has a new CEO. Mark Ash joins with a background in growing technology businesses.

He succeeds Richard Wyles who founded Totara along with a small group of learning vendors, including Kineo, one of Totara's founding partners in 2010. Mark Ash joins Learning News to explain what's next for Totara and, with recession looming, we ask Mark Ash how well prepared the learning and development community is to really help businesses this time around.
