Vichy Laboratoires’ groundbreaking initiative, Hormonall: Together for Women’s Wellbeing, has been honored with three prestigious awards, recognizing its impact on women’s health and wellbeing.

The Hormonall program won two Gold Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards in the categories of Best Custom Content and Best Corporate Outreach to Promote Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging in Communities. The program also received a Bronze International E-Learning Association (IELA) Business Award for Online Learning Experience.

These awards celebrate the innovative learning experience and are a testament to Vichy’s unwavering commitment to championing women’s wellbeing.

Launched in collaboration with the UK charity Wellbeing of Women and GP Strategies, Hormonall is a bold and visionary campaign aimed at “freeing the talk” around hormonal changes. By providing reliable resources, Hormonall helps women thrive at every stage of life.

This initiative has become a trusted platform for over 160,000 users across the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Canada, and Germany. In fact, the French Government has officially endorsed Hormonall under its national "Toutes et Tous Egaux" (All Equal) initiative. This initiative aims to ensure equality between women and men and to raise awareness about the issues of inequality in the workplace and in healthcare.

With plans to expand Hormonall to additional countries and through new channels (including events and NGO partnerships), Vichy continues to lead the way in reshaping the narrative around women’s health.
