Instinct Learning recruitment reshape company offering to provide a more specialised service
Instinct Learning, the UK’s leading recruitment specialist within the Digital Learning space, has publicly announced for the first time a full company restructure designed around offering split services tailored to cater for clients looking for either contract staffing solutions or permanent hires.
Now in their eighth year of trading, Instinct have grown to be the largest recruitment organisation in the UK, whose sole focus is the Digital Learning sector. In order to meet changing client demands, Instinct has reshaped into two distinct divisions; one servicing contract requirements and the other specialising in permanent recruitment.
Andrew Welsh, Director of Digital Learning Solutions Instinct explained; “Permanent and contract recruitment services are distinctive, and each offers its own set of key challenges. When a client has an immediate contract hiring need, they expect us to move incredibly quickly and so it made sense for us to adapt the company accordingly. We now have a team of dedicated contract specialists, constantly networking with the best talent in the Digital Learning contract market and keeping up to date with availability. This has given us the ability to be so much more reactive to our client needs. Likewise, we’ve found that the key challenge in permanent recruitment in the sector has been the scarcity of talent. Having a focused team of Permanent Talent Managers will ultimately help our clients find the best talent in an increasingly tough & competitive marketplace.”
An award-winning organisation, Instinct have an outstanding team behind them with several consultants winning various accolades, including Amy Whitehead who this year won ‘Business Person of the Year’ at the Made in Manchester Awards. Alongside her achievements, Amy’s colleagues have also been nominated and received accolades at the Marketing & Digital Recruitment Awards and also Manchester Young Talent Awards. Their specialist and dedicated team that are able to deliver an impeccable service to its permanent and contract customers alike.
Mike Ward, Cofounder of Instinct added; “The restructure was implemented in early 2018 and has proven to be a huge success, with increased placement levels in both business areas. As with all major changes within a business, it can take time to adapt but we’re now seeing our clients enjoying the benefits which in turn is producing some fantastic results. What better time to inform the industry of our new offering than in the build-up to one of the most anticipated industry events, Learning Live.”
Instinct will be exhibiting at Learning Live 2018, Amy Whitehead and Andrew Welsh will be on stand 1 where they will be happy to discuss recruitment requirements or help people find a new opportunity within the digital learning market.
