Ella talks about how many large organisations have complex, legacy IT systems and how LEO works to evolve learning ecosystems so that they are effective and sustainable. 

Ella talks about the challenge of moving learning from a project level to a strategic level and about the the work her company is doing on measuring learning impact and advancing clients’ learning maturity.
