At Learning Technologies 2019 Jane Hart ran a conference session ‘Modern workplace learning: a new approach for how we live and work today’, aiming to help L&D professionals to recognise how orgainsational learning is evolving and how their role needs to adapt.
The premise is that modern workplace learning does not just mean providing modern training, but also supporting individuals and managers to learn from their daily work as well as empowering individuals to take more responsibility for their continuous self-improvement at work.
