Each year the Learning Performance Benchmark shows how well organisations use technology to improve workplace learning. The survey started 18 years ago and is one of the world's largest data sets on organisational learning maturity.
Data capture for the 2022 benchmark is almost complete and Nahdia Khan, who heads up the survey at Mind Tools for Business, joins Learning News to share its initial findings.
