Based solely on employee feedback, Huler has recently achieved a Best Companies 2 Star Accreditation, the second-highest standard of workplace engagement and represents organisations striving for the top.

Achieving a 2 Star accreditation requires a Best Companies score of at least 696.5 and is made possible only through an 'outstanding' commitment to workplace engagement.

In addition to the 2 Star Accreditation, during the Best Companies Award Evening in London, it was announced Huler had also achieved a place on the UK’s Top 100 Small Companies to Work For, Technology’s Top 50 Best Companies and The West Midlands Top 50 Best Companies.

Suzi Archer, Head of People commented,

“External accreditation will never be the reason we do what we do at Huler. As a company whose products and services focus around employee experience and workplace engagement, it’s important that we’re passionate about and champion that internally. We will continue to learn and build upon the feedback shared in the survey to create the best possible working environment for our people”.

The company has created a working environment with an inclusive, welcoming culture where mental health and wellbeing discussions are the norm. It also offers flexible working programmes, healthcare cash plans, an employee assistance programme, mental health champions and wellness resources.

Alongside that, staff benefit from a public-recognition scheme, a learning and development programme that allows them to take ownership of their own training, flexible working hours and transparency over job descriptions.

Nicky Hoyland, CEO and Co-Founder added,

“Resilient, collaborative, and innovative workplace cultures are the result of happy, engaged employees. That's why we always put our people first and go the extra mile to design intentional employee experiences that are personalised, relevant and, above all else, human. It’s also why we provide support for employees to work flexibly, grow, progress and express themselves authentically in an inclusive, vibrant and diverse environment”.

Highlights from the survey included 90% of staff sharing they loved working for Huler and 86% believing the company has a strong moral conscience.

Huler has a 'people-first' approach to work technology and provides learning solutions and services including its HulerHub personalised employee experience platform and bespoke software and digital learning content.
