Reskilling and upskilling remain top priority in L&D
The L&D Global Sentiment Survey 2022 results are out. They show how Covid-19 continues to affect learning and development world-wide.
The results from the L&D Global Sentiment Survey 2022 are out and show a small decrease in the focus on reskilling and upskilling, while it remains the top priority for L&D.
The 2022 survey detected a rise in non-technical approaches to L&D, such as collaborative and social learning, coaching and mentoring and consulting.
Each year the survey asks the question: 'What do you believe will be hot in workplace learning for the year ahead?' And, in recent years, the survey has asked L&D professionals about the challenges they face.
Over 3,000 people took the survey and significant differences, in what L&D professionnals perceive to be hot, in different parts of the world continue to emerge.
