In the session ‘2004: The Millennials event horizon’ Learning Consultant Kath Fleet will look at how, over the past ten years, this seminal millennial generation has shaped current trends in learning and social interaction and how the rate of change over the next ten years will create even greater challenges and opportunities for learning departments.
