LEO and Watershed's Fourth Annual Measuring the Business Impact of Learning Survey Opens
The annual survey provides L&D professionals with valuable insights into the changing landscape of learning measurement.
LEO Learning, the market leader in innovative digital learning solutions, in partnership with learning analytics expert, Watershed, has launched the fourth annual ‘Measuring the Business Impact of Learning’ survey.
Since its launch in 2016, nearly 1,000 L&D professionals from organizations all over the world have completed this short survey in order to capture L&D’s insights, challenges and progress in measuring the business impact of learning. The measurement benchmarking survey has seen responses from a number of global organizations across a variety of sectors, including Disney, Anglo American, Jaguar Land Rover, Cathay Pacific, Novartis, Bank of England, Airbus, Ericsson and Fujitsu.
The current survey closes on 13 December 2019 and takes between 5-10 minutes to complete. Participants will be entered into a draw to win a complimentary learning measurement workshop.
The full survey results will first be shared with everyone who completes the survey, and then made available on leolearning.com, in early February, ahead of the Learning Technologies 2020 expo in London.
LEO and Watershed recently held a webinar on the current state of learning measurement, along with real-world examples of how to get management buy-in, designing for data, building data ecosystems and implementing a learning analytics strategy. The webinar recording is available ccess on-demand.
In addition, the companies are hosting two more measurement webinars: with the Learning and Skills Group, moderated by Donald H Taylor, on November 14 and on December 12, the day before the survey closes, with Chief Learning Officer magazine.
“We have had a fantastic response to the ‘Measuring the Business Impact of Learning’ benchmarking survey,” said Piers Lea, Chief Strategy Officer at LEO Learning. “Last year’s results indicated that there’s an increasing pressure on L&D professionals to measure the business impact of learning investment. Additionally, across the three years, we’ve noted a steady increase in those who strongly agree that it is now possible to measure learning’s impact. We look forward to collating and analyzing the results from this year’s survey and sharing them with the industry. For a refresher, last year’s survey results are also available to download.”
