PeopleFluent, a market leader in integrated talent management, workforce agility, and learning solutions, today announced its latest product upgrades. Version 25.04 of PeopleFluent Talent Management and PeopleFluent Compensation introduces AI-powered features, along with key additional updates, to help clients increase their efficiency and streamline processes.

The AI-enhanced features in Version 25.04 include three generative prompts that are now available to administrators and users. These prompts assist with rewriting or generating content like performance comments during employee reviews and job descriptions based on information stored within their systems. AI-powered job description assistance also includes suggestions for required skills and competencies, and administrators can control which prompt fields can be enabled or disabled.

PeopleFluent is committed to strategically harnessing the power of AI to bolster and enhance its software solutions. This commitment includes rigorous measures to safeguard customers’ privacy, ensure their data remains secure, and maintain compliance with industry standards and best practices. To that end, the Version 25.04 software update also allows administrators to require password protection for all reports, further enhancing customers’ data security and privacy.

PeopleFluent Talent Management now includes a new feature to encourage continuous feedback between managers and their direct reports. Called 1:1 Conversations, this performance functionality empowers managers to schedule consistent one-on-one meetings with their direct reports to ensure employees receive timely feedback and are making progress toward their goals.

The update gives organizations an official process for documenting informal conversations between managers and employees. Unlike one-on-one conversations that are scheduled through a calendar app or similar external tool, the 1:1 Conversations feature in PeopleFluent Talent Management provides a way for managers and employees to formally track employee progress toward their professional goals. Users can include agenda items to ensure their meetings stay on topic and that essential information like employee action items or manager recommendations is documented. Managers can also access an overview of their documented conversations with all employees and track meeting details like:

  • The number of meeting sessions
  • When the last session occurred
  • Session frequency

With Version 25.04, PeopleFluent Compensation has enhanced its compensation statement email feature. This helps organizations that need to notify their employees of their pay and benefits statements without giving every individual permission to access their compensation software.

In addition to customizing the body of their emails, inserting merge fields, and choosing a specific sender (as opposed to using a generic HR email account), PeopleFluent’s latest software update allows compensation statement emails to be sent to a secondary address. Copies of statement emails can now be sent to non-user email addresses, such as a shared HR mailbox, as well as a variety of user roles including an organization's worksheet approver or HR manager.

Managers now also have the ability to send their direct reports’ compensation statements to themselves instead of directly to the employees. Doing so can be useful when an employee’s email is not in the compensation system for some reason, such as when paying a contractor or freelance worker. Managers might also choose this option if they’d like to provide further information or attachments to their direct reports. They can send the compensation statements to themselves, add any extra information, and forward the statements on to their workers. These updates give organizations and managers more visibility and choices regarding how they manage compensation statements for their workforces.

Lori Smith, Vice President of Revenue at PeopleFluent, had this to say:
“At PeopleFluent, we’re focused on enhancing our clients’ experiences and solving their pain points. The product upgrades and enhancements in Version 25.04, especially the addition of AI-powered features, are built on our commitment to ensuring our solutions drive workforce productivity for our customers to successfully meet their business goals, help them stay compliant and keep information secure.
