Reed Learning launches the 'Little Book of Impact' in partnership with Training Journal at Learning Technologies and Learning and Skills 2013
Reed Learning is launching the next in its award-winning series of Little Books, useful guides full of cutting-edge information for L&D professionals. 'The Little Book of Impact: Measurable Results from Learning' will be launching at Learning Technologies and Learning and Skills 2013, on the 29th and 30th of January.
Following on from 2009's 'Little Book of Learning' and 2011's 'Little Book of the Future', the 'Little Book of Impact' tackles a key question the learning and development industry faces - how do we demonstrate that business learning is making a difference? It brings together contributions from Reed Learning's experts and some of the best-known thinkers in the industry, including The American Society for Training and Development, Training Journal and the Kite Foundation.
The book combines punchy design with thoughtful content like:
- Is ROI dead?
- What's the point of 'happy sheets'?
- Moving from transaction to transformation
- Critical factors for learning transfer
- Key learning evaluation models at a glance
- Much, much more
The book will be supported with insights from delegates at Learning and Skills 2013, through an exclusive opinion poll and forum for discussion at Reed Learning's stand (48).
Reed Learning and Learning Technologies have also partnered to offer a free Learning Technologies Conference Ticket worth £995. The ticket will go to the lucky L&D professional who can provide the best insight into the future of learning impact. Find out more here:
