Reed Learning delivers training for more than 20,000 individuals a year and manages the learning and development programmes for some of the UK’s largest businesses.  To appeal to such a wide and varied audience of clients and delegates, Reed Learning has rebuilt its website (www.reedlearning.com).  The new mobile-friendly, interactive website analyses the movement of visitors as they browse training courses or learning programmes.  Recording visitor preferences as they move through the online content, the website is automated to share information that is of most interest to each visitor based on their searches and time spent per page.

“People expect us to do things a little differently,” said Nick Bradley, Managing Director at Reed Learning.  “As a training innovator, we’ve transformed blended learning, changed training outsourcing models and always adapt our service to provide the most flexible learning solutions – it stands to reason that our website would shake things up too.”

Digital agency, Lab, worked with Reed Learning to bring a high level of personalisation to the site.  Client account director, Toby Kesterton, said the challenge was to be as compelling to the individuals booking personal training sessions as the managers at conglomerates outsourcing their entire learning function.  “Reed Learning delivers skills that can help individuals transform their careers, and organisations reach their potential.  We were tasked with finding the best way of showing what Reed Learning can do, and helping visitors turn from interested browsers into clients by providing them with a personalised experience online.”
