Harnessing the power of 70:20:10
Charles Jennings will be talking about putting 70:20:10 into practice, at two seminars at Learning Technologies next week and will be leading a webinar in February on applying 70:20:10 principles.
In two seminars at Learning Technologies, Charles Jennings and Martin Baker will explain how to successfully support managers, by providing self-directed learning resources. They'll explain how you can harness the potential power of informal and social learning, using the increasingly popular 70:20:10 approach.
As Charles explains: “Smart organisations realise that most learning happens as part of the daily workflow. They know that this means they need to extend their support of learning beyond courses. They need to adopt resource-based learning if they’re to enable their people to learn at speed and with the agility that the modern world demands.”
