THRIVE launches online mental health and wellbeing modules to support remote workers
THRIVE has released a bundle of online mental health and wellbeing microlearning modules for organisations looking to support all employees living and working through this unprecedented time.
In response to government advice for all organisations to implement working from home, THRIVE has launched a free bundle of online resources providing self care advice, positive mental health support, and ways to feel connected whilst working in isolation.
With 28% of employees suffering from loneliness and anxiety caused by separation from colleagues, 54% of home workers missing their routine and 83% stressed trying to cope with juggling home and work life, it's clear supporting the wellbeing of employees is more important now than ever.
Sean Reddington, CEO at THRIVE comments:
“The stats speak for themselves, that’s why we’ve made a handful of our mental health and wellbeing learning content accessible to all as it's essential we look after our team’s wellbeing.
It’s times like this we need to stick together, so it’s important we give back to our community and do what we can to help others get through this difficult time.”
In addition, THRIVE is continuing to offer unlimited user access to their full catalogue of 120+ microlearning modules at a cost price of £5,000 a year for a limited time only.
Since Covid-19 broke companies such as Nandos, Card Factory, Regus, Travis Perkins, Xaxis, LNER, Superdrug, and many more have already taken up this subscription offer to deliver quality learning content that will upskill their entire workforce.
Emma Layton, Chief Content Officer at THRIVE adds:
“We understand how important it is to provide quality content at an affordable price. So, we’ve decided to offer a subscription to our catalogue of over 120 microlearning modules at cost.
We want our content to be as accessible as possible during this difficult period as many clients are using this unprecedented time as an opportunity to prioritise learning and development. From leadership to soft skills, our microlearning provides the content you need to upskill your entire organisation.”
