THRIVE partners with leading Swedish learning company, Xtractor
After noticing a gap in the territory for THRIVE’s Learning & Skills Platform, Xtractor (part of the Semcon group) will be their exclusive partner in Sweden.
THRIVE has partnered with Xtractor - part of the Semcon Group, to resell THRIVE’s Learning & Skills Platform in the Swedish and wider Nordic markets.
THRIVE gives L&D teams an agile understanding of the key, trending and emerging skills in their organisation, based on real-time learner data.
It also includes the robust capabilities of an LMS and the learner-led, social elements of an LXP, offering a new, consolidated approach to upskilling, learning, internal comms and collaborative knowledge sharing for modern businesses.
Kicking off their partnership later this month with a visit to Xtractor’s HQ, the Swedish partner will now be able to offer their customers and impressive network the same forward-thinking functionality that’s transforming learning at global brands including Sysco, Krispy Kreme and Ted Baker.
Annelie Friman, Head of Learning at Xtractor, commented:
“At Xtractor, we’re seeing a clear trend as continuous learning becomes an increasingly strategic topic for our customers. And when it comes to learning technologies, engaging learning experiences are increasingly put in focus.
“To create those learning experiences, platforms must be attractive to the end-users, something that employees will want to use and engage with. It must provide personalised content that’s relevant to me as an individual, support collaboration and social learning, and let me grow my skills. In this way, we can help underpin the learning culture required for companies to flourish in today’s rapidly changing world.
“We’ve been really thorough in the search for our new learning platform partner, and are extremely pleased to have found THRIVE. With the latest release of the ‘THRIVE Learning & Skills Platform’ - focusing on identifying and managing emerging skills, as well as THRIVE’s very promising roadmap - we’re more than certain that we’ll be able to assist a large number of Swedish clients in modernising their learning and reaching their business goals.”
Lucy Cartlidge, Content & Partner Relationship Manager at THRIVE, added:
“We’re incredibly proud and excited about adding Xtractor into our partner ecosystem. From our very first interactions we’ve been impressed with their grasp of our products as well as our cultural and professional values.
Xtractor, as part of the Semcon group, bring with them a wealth of learning industry experience based on human needs and behaviours. They will be providing an end to end service from implementation to customer success of the THRIVE Learning & Skills Platform.
Xtractor are going to be launching THRIVE across Sweden exclusively and furthermore across the Nordics. We can’t wait to get started!”
