The Lean Healthcare Academy, leaders in the field of training, implementation and sustaining improvement activities across the whole health economy, have distilled all of their Lean knowledge on running Rapid Improvement Events for the NHS, and created a new product simply named the Rapid Improvement Event - In a Bag.

A Rapid Improvement Event (RIE) is a key component in the Lean toolbox focusing on making small but significant changes to your working environment and practices that result in real time and cost savings along with delivering an improved patient experience.

The Lean Healthcare Academy developed a highly successful face-to-face NHS specific Rapid Improvement Event which consistently helped Trusts and other Healthcare organisations to make savings without compromising on quality of care.
Now following on from that successful template and incorporating all of the lessons learned, that knowledge has been condensed and contained within the Rapid Improvement Event - In a Bag, a true one stop solution containing all of the practical tools and equipment needed to carry out an RIE.

Wendy Gauntley, Lean Healthcare Academy Manager said, "We have run numerous successful Rapid Improvement Events across the NHS and we felt the next logical step was to offer an easy and fast solution to running their own RIE's. No contracts, no embedded trainers, no waiting. You get everything from the comprehensive Rapid Improvement Event guide right through to the pens paper and post-it notes for the process flow activities, all sent to you in one compact and attractive flight bag."
